The full power of RSM

As RSM’s capabilities became more expansive and more specialized, the firm faced a defining question:
How do you deliver the full strength of a national firm in a way that feels seamless to each client?
The answer came through integration—not as a concept but as a discipline.
Strategic accounts leadership roles had been created to cut across the firm’s regional boundaries, but a formalized program was needed to broaden and institutionalize a holistic approach to client service. The firm developed the Enterprise Account Leader Program to identify, train and empower key client-facing professionals to access the full scope of RSM’s capabilities—bringing together consulting, tax and assurance teams to serve each client’s needs rather than delivering services in silos.
The impact has been significant. In fiscal year 2026 alone, enterprise account leaders contributed to $469.9 million in growth, up 23.8% year over year.
This program is just one example because the shift is not just structural—and it's occurring across all three lines of business. It requires people who can see beyond their discipline, build connections across the firm and approach client challenges with understanding and perspective. For clients, it means something simple but meaningful: one firm, fully aligned around the client’s needs.
“In all phases of our journey, we have continually confronted the challenge to keep our eyes on where the clients are going and maintain the agility to adjust to meet their needs. That’s probably what I admire most about our firm—that we have the ability to move quickly when needed to meet our clients where they are.”
That ability to adapt—while staying grounded in trust and understanding—is what has defined RSM’s first 100 years. And it is what will power the next.
